How to book Japan Airport VIP

- Compare the options and decide what service you want
Read all the options on our website. For costs, see the “airport meet & assist service prices“, and for service descriptions read the “local service descriptions” for the Airport through which you are passing. If you prefer you can receive this information in an E-mail. Just contact us through the a “request a quote” or contact form, and we will reply with the details, options and costs by return e-mail.
- Tell us what you want through our booking tool or by E-mail
After reviewing the options or a quote, just order the meet & greet service. Give us the date, flight & passenger information. We will tell you the final cost, and generate a payment link. Or you can do this online using our booking tool.
- Pay us for the service that you want to receive
We accept credit cards. We use a secure PCI compliant third-party payment gateway. You enter your card details into it. This means we never ask for and we and our local partners never see any your private or card information. If you have a PayPal account you can pay using your PayPal balance. All our prices are shown and charged in USD.
- We confirm your order and your payment by E-mail
When paid for, we will send you a confirmation E-mail containing all the details of the service you have ordered for your meet and greet reservation. Also, there will be a link to a special chat line direct to our dispatch and reservations team control centre if you need to contact us urgently.
- We send the final details and the local contact information
When we confirm your booking we will normally send the local airport supervisor’s duty number, to call just in case there is a problem at the time of service. For example you cannot see your greeter, or you are going to reach the airport a bit later than planned becase of traffic.
